Shipping and Returns

We process and ship orders that are placed Monday - Friday before 3PM CST (excluding holidays) within 3 days. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 3 days on the next business day. Delivery estimate is 3-5 days (excluding holidays) via USPS, with tracking information provided when order is shipped. We ship worldwide however we are not responsible for fees related to international customers paying to receive their packages.
*True Texan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address provided or any fees related to international shipping. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.
Returns are accepted for store credit only within 30 days of purchase date. After 30 days of purchase returns will NOT be accepted.
To be accepted item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which you received it. You must also include your receipt, order number, or proof of purchase to complete your return.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Once your order is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your return package. At this time, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval, you will receive an email with a gift card for store credit in the original amount of your item(s) at the time of purchase.
All marked down sale items are final sale and will not be accepted for returns.
